A bigger change, like a new section, a new feature or a new design, is not part of regular upkeep. We quote it separately. If your site is really out of date, a website redesign is often more useful than patching it up year after year.
SEO is a separate service too. Maintenance keeps your site fast and healthy, which helps on Google, but the ongoing work to climb in the results is part of our SEO service.
Your site wasn't built by us?
In most cases we can still look after it. We start with a short audit to understand how it was built and what state it is in.
For that we need the access details: the hosting, the domain name and the site's admin (for example the WordPress account). If you no longer know who has them, that's common. We help you get them back, because these accounts should be in your name.

Am I locked into maintenance?
No. Maintenance is a yearly service, paid in advance for the year. A month before it ends, we send you the renewal invoice. Pay it before the due date to keep going, or stop there: the site stays yours either way.
