The context
Dr Abdelhakim Mokrane is an orthopedic and trauma surgeon in Sidi M'Hamed, Algiers. His practice sees patients of all ages, from sports injuries to children's fractures.
A patient base spanning Arabic, French and English needed a site that clearly explains the practice's services and makes booking simple, without ever feeling complicated or cold.
The goal
- Give the practice an online presence as serious as its care.
- Be understood and found by patients across three languages.
- Make booking an appointment simple, by phone or WhatsApp.

What we did
We built a fast, fully trilingual Next.js site, with the same structure across all three languages so every patient finds their way easily.
Every page clearly explains Dr Mokrane's approach: diagnosis first, surgery only when it's justified, for adults and children alike.
Technical SEO was built in from day one, so the practice can be found on Google in Algiers, in each of its three languages.

The Lighthouse "SEO" score (in the Google PageSpeed Insights reports above) mainly checks whether a page follows basic technical SEO practices, not its real ranking on Google.
