How an Algiers mattress shop went from invisible to findable online.

The context
Comfy Mattress is an independent mattress, pillow, bed and bedding shop in Algiers. The owner runs it on his own, with a real commitment to quality and fair prices.
The shop sits in Sidi M'hamed, just off the main Hassiba Ben Bouali avenue. At that quieter spot, fewer passers-by discover it day to day.
And above all, the business had no online presence: no website, no Google Business Profile, no social media. Customers across Algiers were looking for a good mattress and never came across Comfy Mattress.
The goal
- Get found by customers across Algiers, beyond the street.
- Turn online visibility into real shop visits and sales.
- Give the business an image as professional and credible as the big players.

- A fast, professional website that shows the products well.
- A solid base for Google Business Profile, social media and video.
- A site built to be found on Google and fast on mobile.
What we did
We built a bilingual (French and English) website on Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with detailed product pages: orthopedic mattresses, pillows, rolled mattresses, baby mattresses and bedding accessories.
Every page is optimized end to end: technical SEO, content SEO, image SEO and structured data, all written in plain, human language made for real people.
We also set the direction for what comes next: an optimized Google Business Profile, social media and product videos. Together, the site, Google and social reinforce each other to make the shop known, whatever its location.

- A 100/100/100/100 Google PageSpeed score, on both mobile and desktop.
- 3/3 on Agentic Browsing: ready for AI answer engines.
- A fast, credible, findable online presence a street location alone could not provide.
- A solid base to grow on Google and gain visibility, month after month.
The "Discover what your real users are experiencing" panel shows "No Data": Google needs a minimum volume of real Chrome visits over 28 days before it publishes this field data. Comfy Mattress just launched, so that volume has not been reached yet - it does not indicate a technical problem, and this data will arrive over time.
The site has just launched. Local ranking builds over time: with the site, the Google profile and social media working together, visibility and visits grow month over month.
